Shared admin access creates avoidable risk
One shared admin login means no accountability, no audit trail and no way to revoke access cleanly when someone leaves. If that account is phished — and one of them eventually will be — there's no way to know who logged in, what they changed, or where to start the investigation.
Named admin accounts, separated from daily-use mailboxes, with MFA and conditional access enforced, are the modern baseline. It's not extra work; it's the work that keeps everything else safe.
